A Covid Call to Prayer

A couple weeks ago we had the pleasure of attending NWA For The Nations in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It was so refreshing and truly encouraged us to be with so many people whose hearts are unified in the goal to see unreached, unengaged people groups come to know the Lord. We would love to share a glimpse of the conference with you via the words of our friend and missions pastor, Nathan Allen:

"Luke 10:2 says the harvest is great, but the laborers are few.
An estimated 40% of missionaries had to leave the field because of Covid. Some data says that number could be even as high as 70%! Either way, that number is atrocious.

The laborers are few, and they just got fewer.

So what does Jesus tell us to do..? 'The harvest is great but the laborers are few...so get off your butt and go save some people'? NOPE.

He said, 'The harvest is great but the laborers are few, so therefore PRAY to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.’

The prayers of the righteous are powerful. We want to see people be a part of what God is going to do. And through our prayers, God changes hearts! So we need to be ‘on our knees’ praying that God would use us!”

We easily forget the part about praying simply because we are busy and life is crazy (2020, y'know). Nathan Allen encouraged us to set an alarm every day for 10:02 (as in Luke 10:2) as a reminder to PRAY to the Lord of the harvest that He would send out more laborers!

We would love for you guys to set a daily alarm for 10:02 and join us in this prayer!
